The plan can be stored from and saved to the central database. Import and Export of project schedules can be performed out of MS Project© and thus be shared with your external project team and partners, without the necessity to grant access to your system. The results of the schedules will be stored in versions and revisions and as a result are available for trend analysis and plan/actual comparisons.
The details of the project schedules will be related with your finance, resources, actuals and other project data and thus can be provided for both your project manager as well as your management.
